The process:
1. We make a copy of the photo to be repaired.
2. Next the restoration process is done on the copy.
3. When the process is complete, it is printed on high
quality printer.
4. Since most photos are old, we have a found a paper that
closely resembles the original paper.
5. The original photo is returned in its original condition.
Almost any kind of damage can be repaired.
We can repair cracks, tears, discoloration, water damage, red
eye and more. Color can almost always be restored if the
original was in color.
To get started:
A. Come to our store: and bring us the original(s) for a cost
and time frame estimate.
We will review the restoration details that you want done, the
size and number of prints needed.
We will also ask for a deposit.
B. By e-mail:
1. Scan the print on your scanner to the recommended
settings listed below
2. Set your scanner to 1200 dpi.
3. Scan in JPEG format
4. When you save your image, always save in RGB
( Never save in CMYK).
5. Send it to us: mailroom@cciphotographics.com. Make
sure you give us all the information that we need to do your
job correctly.

6. We will get back to you with a cost and time frame estimate
and ask for payment information to begin the job.
